A kind of love
Love is falling and I hold an umbrella,
Jumping hearts like puddles of rain.
Everyone around me has their arms spread, hands facing up, eyes glowing, mouths drooling desperate to find Mr. and Miss right.
My eyes are focused on a friend for life.

The astronaut mind
Rocket ship in flight
No wings to glide.
Unprepared for anything but high velocity straight up
Breaking atmospheric layers
No wheels to land,
No parachute,
No oxygen,
No route for evacuating.
Mentally there is no gravity,
The body?
Paragliding
Never ready for landing
I hit the ground in one piece and wonder where I’ve been.
Realism strikes me for a couple of weeks and I never prepare a new ship.
I just take off full blast, no plan of a land, no seat.
Blast off to anti-gravity.

Sometimes I wear a watch
I slap my watch on my wrist to keep track of the day,
Look at those around me in hopes of seeing my reflection in their eyes,
My direction? I couldn't tell you.
As the narrator of my own decisions, sometimes I forget I'm living.

Tell me you love to dream
To me it is all a dream.
Why write when I’d rather scream?
When the more I think the less, it seems.
The more words I use the less they mean.
The more I scream the less I dream.
The more I please the less I’m me.
To me it is all a dream.
The more I’m me the less I’m we,
The more I’m me the more lonely,
The more I leave the more I need to be something I’ll never be in the reality of things.
Misunderstood vivid dreams, misinterpreted passion and lonelier than I’ll ever be.
I don’t care, I’ll follow this dream.
I’ll think like me and grow to be the loneliest man you will ever see…
At least I can still dream. To me it is all a dream.

Don't hold time
Old story, same book.
Different setting brings a different look. Environment plays the game, what’s your loss can be your gain.

Check the time, it’s now tomorrow, new beginning to old sorrows,
Old story, same book, life brings renewal in a seconds held together by the deceiving mind.

The convo
Renewing the new-new is quite easy,
Take a brain and combine it with life experiences taught by the old-new and present the finding=rejection.
Take a brain and combine it with life experiences taught by the old-new and present the finding=rejection.
Way to start the relationship professor, “a healthy one, son.”
The new-new, depending on characteristics of too many flaws, no discoveries can ever be found or made really, things are what they are and we just see them differently.
Illusive perception, ignorance is bliss, common acceptors, the questioning is missed.
“I beg your pardon?”
Sorry prof. I just realized I didn’t think of what we were discussing and I moved on to the next topic instead. Where were we?
“Lost.”

Careful
To ask of what the tale should be no longer strives for freedom,
Independently and hard to see is seeing clearly and endlessly.
Not listening to the limits, they don’t appear successfully.
Still, programmed and in quick response she says, “It wasn’t meant to be.”
